How Payouts Work
We operate on a simple consignment model. You keep 60% of what your devices sell for and we handle everything else. Here's what you need to know.
What determines how much I'll get?
Device type, age, specs, and condition. A 2-year-old MacBook Pro is worth significantly more than a 5-year-old Chromebook. We give you an estimate upfront based on what you're retiring.
What about damaged devices?
We take them. Cracked screens, dents, cosmetic damage; we repair what we can and resell it. You still get 60% of net proceeds. Devices beyond repair are recycled responsibly at no cost to you.
When do I get paid?
After devices are processed and sold, we send an itemized report showing what each device sold for and your share. Payout via ACH, check or wire, typically within 30 days of pickup
What if my devices have no resale value?
We'll tell you upfront. Low-value devices are recycled at no cost to you, and you still get destruction certificates for compliance. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Is there a minimum?
Free pickup for 20+ devices. Smaller batches can ship via prepaid label we provide. No minimum for getting a quote.
How is this different from other ITAD vendors?
Most vendors pay you a flat fee upfront or give you vendor credits. We sell your devices at market value and split the net proceeds 60/40. You see exactly what each device sold for.
