The partner had a Fortune 500 client retiring 800 laptops requiring pickup, secure data destruction, and detailed reporting. With their team committed to other accounts, they needed overflow processing capacity without sacrificing documentation quality.

Renoo picked up 800 laptops and transported them to an R2v3-certified facility. Processing took approximately three weeks. Several units required MDM removal; response times from the client's IT team added a few days to the timeline. Once enrollment was cleared, all devices were wiped to NIST 800-88 standards, tested, and graded. Non-functional units had logic boards removed and shredded with documentation.
